Welcome to Outgoing Portraits Photography! By accessing or using our photography services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Usage Rights:

   • All photographs captured by Outgoing Portraits Photography are subject to copyright. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license for personal use only.

2. Payment and Fees:

   • Payment details, including session fees and any additional costs, will be outlined in your specific invoice. Full payment is due before the delivery of the final photographs.

3. Cancellation Policy:

   • Clients may cancel or reschedule a session with advance notice. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details on fees and rescheduling options.

4. Delivery of Photographs:

   • Details regarding the delivery timeline and method for final photographs will be communicated in advance. Expedited delivery options may be available at an additional cost.

5. Editing and Retouching:

   • Basic retouching is included in the service and in the style of Outgoing Portraits Photography.  Additional editing requests may incur extra charges.  Note:  Outgoing Portraits Photography does NOT PhotoShop.  Please communicate specific preferences before booking.  

6. Prints and Products:

   • Information about the availability of prints and other products will be provided upon request. Prices and options are subject to change.

7. Client Cooperation:

   • Clients are encouraged to actively participate in the session, providing input on preferences and discussing any concerns to ensure the best possible outcome.

8. Privacy and Usage of Photographs:

   • We respect your privacy. Any use of photographs for promotional or commercial purposes will be discussed and agreed upon with the client beforehand; if permission not already given and/or discussed.

9. Refunds:

   • Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss any concerns.
